We send confirmation emails to the email address given when you log a ticket, if you have not received this email from "POTM Support | Puzzles of the Month @ RAA School", please try the following.

Please check your junk & spam email folders, as well as any quarantine managers you use, such as Barracuda Networks. If you still can't find it, please try to log a ticket via the contact us page, with "no confirmation email" somewhere in the description, so that we can action the ticket as soon as possible.
