I have received an email about a ticket which I did not request

There are a few reasons why this may be the case.

The initial idea that comes to mind is that somebody has accidentally requested a ticket under your name and email address. If this is the case, please do not be alarmed it is probably a mistake. However we do ask you get in contact with us ASAP to resolve the issue.

The next thing I would like to suggest is that it was created by one of our Support Agents. Again there are many scenarios as to why this may be the case, but the most common is quiz entry confirmation. After we receive your quiz, we will enter you details into our system, and then create a ticket with confirmation of this. If this is the case, you do not need to do anything, but you are able to reply and ask us any questions through this ticket.

Another general idea is that the agent has received information and is trying to log it into our system, or may be trying to get in touch with you regarding it.

If you have any questions regarding this, please log a ticket with us and we will be happy to help you!
